Kratom Hero Shipping Information
At Kratom Hero, we are dedicated to delivering your order as fast and efficiently as possible. You should be aware of the following regarding our shipping policies:
Free Shipping
For all orders over $50, standard shipping is free!
Same-Day Shipping
Orders submitted before 2 PM PST from Monday to Friday usually get shipped on the same day. The following business day will see the shipment of any orders placed after the deadline. Same-day shipping service cannot be promised during periods of high demand.
Holiday Shipping
Processing and shipping times require an extra 1-3 days throughout the holiday season from mid-November to the first week of January. Getting your order to you as soon as possible is still our top priority.
Business Days
Only business days—Monday through Friday—are used to calculate shipping times; holidays are not included. Shipping calculations do not count weekends and holidays as business days. A package with a tracking number assigned during the weekend cannot depart until Monday.
Shipping Options
We provide a variety of shipping options to meet your requirements:

Free Standard Shipping: Our complimentary shipping service usually delivers packages within 3-7 business days but may extend to a maximum of 10 business days. Delivery dates cannot be promised for orders that utilize free shipping.

Priority Mail Express: This service provides quicker delivery schedules that usually reach destinations within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times may differ depending on the locations of origin and destination.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is same-day shipping available?
Yes, orders placed by 2:00 PM PST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to see how your package is progressing.
Do you offer express shipments with weekend delivery?
Orders placed near the weekend are not guaranteed to arrive on Saturday or Sunday because express shipments are based on business days.
Does Kratom Hero guarantee delivery time estimates?
Although we make every effort to provide precise delivery estimates, we are unable to guarantee delivery times. We have no control over weather delays or carrier problems, so shipping times may change.
How can I find out when my order has left the warehouse?
You will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Why is it shipping on Monday when I placed my order on Friday?
On Friday, orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be shipped on Monday.
Why is it that no one is able to provide me with an exact date for the arrival of my package?
Regretfully, we have very little control over the shipping process once we give a package to our carriers. We are only able to supply the tracking details that we receive from the carrier.
What if the package I received was defective or damaged?
Please send pictures of the damage to our customer support team as soon as possible if your package arrives damaged. We will be pleased to help you with a refund or replacement.
Is pickup available?
Unfortunately, pickup is not available at this time.
Do you guys offer discreet shipping?
Yes! By entering your request in the "Special Instructions" text box before clicking the "Check Out" button in your cart, you can request discrete shipping.
Why did not I receive my order on the anticipated date?
You may experience delays for a number of reasons. Your order may be delayed if your payment cannot be completed, your address is invalid or incorrect, you ordered during the holidays, or you left special instructions that need to be reviewed further.
Are shipping times guaranteed?
We will make sure it is delivered to USPS/UPS as directed and buy the shipping label you choose when you place your order (or reimburse the difference). We can only provide guarantees for services that are guaranteed by the carrier.
I requested Priority Mail, but my package arrived late. Can I get a refund?
There is no guarantee of delivery guidelines. The delivery of your package may be impacted by a number of factors. We are powerless over a package once it is handed over to the USPS.
Is it possible for you to intercept my package?
Once an order has been shipped to you, we are sadly unable to make any changes to it.
Why is my tracking number still not up to date?
Before contacting our support, please allow at least three business days for the tracking to update.
My package was delivered, according to my tracking information, but I have not gotten it yet. Where is my package?
Please give yourself an extra working day. If you have not heard back from the USPS or your package has not arrived by the next working day, look with other family members, neighbors, and property managers to see if someone else has taken your package.
I checked my tracking number, and there is no available information?
It should be noted that this number is merely "assigned" and will appear as invalid in the USPS system until the data is entered. Sometimes, USPS only provides the date and time of delivery because it does not always scan or track packages consistently while they are in route.
Why did not I get an email confirming my order?
If the email is not in your spam or junk folder, please check again in four to five hours. Please contact us via our instant messenger or send an email to [email protected] if you are unable to find it within four to five hours.
I checked the status of my package and it looks like it has been sent to the wrong address. Where is my order?
The tracking number might be a recycled number which hasn't been cleared of its original intended recipient. The USPS and UPS reuse numbers. If you check your tracking number right after receiving it, you might occasionally see previous tracking details because the number was reused without clearing old data.
When a number is reused without proper erasure the previous shipment's information surfaces instead of new details during a subsequent tracking scan. The positive side to this inconvenience is that your package must have been scanned because its outdated information appeared with an updated date. The unfortunate reality is that accurate tracking of your package may not be possible.
On occasion delivery personnel input the wrong location details into the system while scanning packages. These small errors are typically resolved within one day and they do not impact the transit of your shipment. The inconvenience arises because package tracking remains unavailable until the system corrects the error. The carrier usually resolves information errors within a day or so although delays can occur.
Can I modify my address once I have placed an order?
For a change of address, please get in touch with customer service as soon as you can.
Why is the shipping address I submitted different from the shipping address on my shipping label?
Prior to printing labels, our shipping software automatically verifies shipping addresses using the USPS or UPS address verification system. In some cases, it reformats addresses to meet USPS standards to avoid delays.
Due to a typographical error, my order was shipped to the incorrect address, so I never received it.
Unfortunately, if your order was shipped to the incorrect address due to a typo, we will be unable to send it again unless the carrier returns it to us (also known as returned to sender).
Do you offer international shipping?
Although we do not currently ship abroad, we intend to start doing so soon.
Are there any restrictions on where Kratom can be sold and/or shipped?
We are unable to ship Kratom products to Indiana, Alabama, Arkansas, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, San Diego, California, and Sarasota County, Florida, due to state and local regulations.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses?
Yes, they are shipped to both. We will be able to ship to you as long as kratom is not prohibited in the military address.
Can I include something in my order?
Yes! To make the necessary adjustments, please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to add an item to your order.
Why isn't my order processing succesfully?
A number of variables could be at play, such as unregulated hemp extract in particular goods and particular laws controlling the transportation of kratom products, which are frequently updated.
