Return Policy for Kratom Hero

Warranty Information

Kratom Hero offers a free replacement warranty for all products, which remains valid for 30 days starting from the purchase date. Should your purchase fail to match the description or arrive as defective and you receive the wrong product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Together, we will work to find a quick solution to the issue.

To facilitate the process, please provide photos or videos of any defective products and send them to our customer service email. Ensure that your documentation includes detailed images showing the extent of any damage, including packaging defects.

Should the incorrect item be shipped, you will have to send it back. For defective products, we may request a return on a case-by-case basis. As soon as we receive your return, we will replace it or issue you a refund.

Important Note: Misuse, unintentional damage, water damage, and other product abuse are not covered by this policy.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns for up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Once 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.

Take the following actions to start a return:

  1. Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Kratom Hero branded products with up to 95% of their original content may be returned under our 100% Money Back Guarantee policy. Each return for other brands needs individual approval.

  2. Request Return Authorization: Email our customer service with a detailed reason for return and include photos or videos of the product. A Return Authorization Number and the address of the closest warehouse for returning your item will be sent to you after your request is approved.

  3. Shipping: To guarantee delivery, use a trackable shipping option. Packages that are lost are not our responsibility. The cost of shipping will be covered if the return is because of a product defect. If not, these expenses will be your responsibility and will be subtracted from any reimbursement you obtain. Please send the item back as a gift to avoid customs fees.

  4. Refund Process: We will examine the returned products before issuing a full refund to your original payment method. The purchase email address will receive a confirmation receipt.

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds will be provided for items that arrive damaged or incomplete for reasons outside our control or for merchandise returned after 30 days from delivery.

Exempt Items

Some products cannot be returned, such as flammable liquids or gases, hazardous materials, or intimate or sanitary items.

Late or Missing Refunds

It usually takes 3 to 5 business days to process refunds. After this time, check your account and, if required, get in touch with your bank if you have not received your refund.

Sale Items

Refunds are only available for items that are regularly priced. Regretfully, there are no returns for sale items.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped or processed. To cover credit card charges and restocking, there is a 20% cancellation fee.

Invalid Return Reasons

  • The buyer no longer desires the goods.

  • The buyer discovered cheaper products elsewhere.

These reasons do not qualify for refunds as they are not covered under our return policy. Buyers enter a legally binding contract upon submitting an order and should ensure they are committed to the purchase before proceeding.
